Our Story

Founded in 2017, Deaf Lives for Christ Outreach Ministries began with a vision to bridge the communication gap between the Deaf and hearing communities through the love of Christ. Our ministry was established to ensure that the Deaf community has equal access to spiritual growth and fellowship.

Our Mission

To spread the Gospel of Christ to the Deaf community, foster spiritual growth, and create an inclusive environment where both Deaf and hearing can worship together.

Our Vision

To be a beacon of hope and inclusion, breaking barriers and fostering a world where the Deaf community is fully integrated into Christian fellowship and service.

Statement of Faith

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ and His saving work on the cross.
We believe in the Bible as the inspired Word of God.
We believe in salvation through faith in Christ alone.
We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit in the life of believers.
We believe in the Great Commission to spread the Gospel to all people, including the Deaf community.

Our Founders

Evangelist Francis Obiri

Co-founder with a passion for bringing the Gospel to the Deaf community. His vision and leadership have been instrumental in establishing DLFCOM.

Evangelist Emmanuel Ofori

Co-founder with expertise in Ghana Sign Language. His dedication to bridging communication gaps has helped many Deaf individuals connect with their faith.

Pastor Charles Danquah

Co-founder with a heart for pastoral care. His leadership and spiritual guidance have strengthened the ministry’s impact in communities across Ghana.

All our services are conducted in Ghana Sign Language (GSL) to ensure everyone can participate fully.

Sunday Worship

Weekly worship services designed to be fully accessible to both Deaf and hearing attendees, with GSL interpretation.

Bible Study

In-depth Scripture exploration sessions with visual aids and GSL interpretation to ensure understanding for all.

Youth Fellowship

Special programs designed for young Deaf and hearing individuals to grow in faith together.

Deaf Awareness

Educational programs to promote understanding of Deaf culture and challenges within churches and communities.

Skills Training

Vocational and life skills training to empower members of the Deaf community for independence.

Evangelism

Outreach activities specifically designed to share the Gospel with the Deaf community in accessible ways.

Sign Language Classes

Ghana Sign Language classes for hearing individuals who want to communicate better with the Deaf community.
